Where We Ship

We currently ship across Pakistan.

Processing & Delivery Time

• Every frame is personalized and made just for you, so please allow 3–5 business days from order confirmation for production and delivery.
• During high-demand periods (Eid, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other seasonal occasions), delivery may take a little longer — we'll keep you posted if that's the case.
• Your order moves into production only after confirmation via WhatsApp or phone call (for COD) or payment verification (for bank transfer).

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is out for delivery, we'll share tracking details with you via WhatsApp or SMS so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Delivery Attempts

Please make sure your address and phone number are accurate and reachable at checkout — this helps our delivery partner reach you smoothly on the first try. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our team will get in touch with you to reschedule.
